Meet the farmers
Everyone at our market is first and foremost a farmer. Together we plan the crops, apply the manures and compost, work the soil, sow the seeds, nurture the plants and finally, harvest your food. Our farmers care about the environment and they care about the food you eat.
Meet the market crew
Washing and storing food properly is taken very seriously at our market. Once the produce is harvested, the market crew is responsible for washing, sorting, bunching and distributing the food. Some produce is delivered to local restaurants, some is used in our cafe, while the majority of our produce is made available to the public in our market. Storage crops are moved into the coolers for off-season consumption and some crops are dried or cured.
Meet the kitchen crew
Our artisan bakers use organic grains to craft the most amazing sourdough breads, muffins and pies in our wood-fired oven. Wood-fire Pizza is available on Saturdays from 11am-2pm.
