Chef Kyle McIntosh is the Head Chef at Nui Vancouver. He was born in Guatemala and mostly raised in Vancouver. He will be representing Nui and will be bringing some signature Korean flavors as well as Latin influences.

Chef Stephen Gilmour was Vancouver born, interior raised. Built up cooking knowledge through various top restaurants throughout Canada while pairing inspiration from foraging, hunting and farming.

Stephen and Kyle formally worked together at the A-ok commissary, an elevated food hall located at Aritzia’s Head Office in Downtown Vancouver. They are excited to be paired up again and bring you a thoughtfully prepared dinner.

The Evening

The evening will begin with a guided farm tour hosted by Dan, owner of Local Harvest, followed by dinner inside one of our greenhouses. Guests will enjoy thoughtfully curated wine pairings alongside dishes inspired by the peak seasonal ingredients currently growing on the farm.

Together, the chefs will showcase a menu that celebrates the connection between farm, season, and community.
